For this project, the bank selected DigiLink OnPrem management, paired with Aspire® RFID smart locks, to host the entire management platform on its own servers rather than in the cloud. Employees can tap their existing RFID access card on an Aspire lock to open the locker and store their belongings. Behind the scenes, the bank's facility team retains full administrative control, assigning lockers to individual employees, tracking usage patterns, and generating audit reports, all while keeping data entirely within the bank's own IT infrastructure.
Enterprise-scale deployment, tailored to compliance.
With over 1,000 Aspire RFID locks now live across the facility, the bank has achieved full networked lock management at enterprise scale, entirely within its own infrastructure. Being “tailored to compliance” means more than keeping a server in-house. It means every access event, lock assignment, and usage report is generated, stored, and retained in accordance with the bank's data governance policies, without any reliance on external servers or third-party data centers.
